A friend at work heard I was a chronic snorer who has a mattress for the lounge room floor and offered me a possible solution with some left over Helps Stop Snoring he had brought to Australia from England with him. To be honest I couldn’t see what it was going to do but nothing else was working so why not give it a go?
What else can I say other than it works! Now I get asked if i have used the “Helps Stop Snoring” before I get into bed. The snoring hasn’t stopped completely but the level and intensity has been significantly reduced. My friend is now on my wife’s Christmas Card list for his good deed!

I’m an exceptionally light sleeper and my husband has always snored slightly but over the last few months his snoring has become extremely bad.
